Membership is open to all former or current RBS group employees and enables you to indicate you stand for Jesus and alongside others who love the Lord in the work place.
Other benefits of joining are:
- Opportunities to serve and encourage Christians that you work with.
- The opportunity to give financial support to other Christians.
- Access to the email addresses of other members to enable you to net work with them.
- Financial support, should you require it, to train or work in some full time capacity for the Lord.
- Prayer support for personal and work related issues.
- A corporate voice to address issues that concern you in the way our employers conduct their business.
- Organised events to encourage and build up individuals and their families.
- The opportunity to publish to a wider audience things that stir your spirit to encourage, strengthen and comfort the body of Christ.
- Note: Becoming a member is more about the desire to stand publicly with fellow Christians in the work place than joining for what you may get out of it and with the exception of financial ones the other benefits listed would also apply to non-members.
A minimum subscription totalling £25 each year is recommended (for each subscription of £25 or over, the bank will donate £25 annually). A small portion of this money goes towards the running of the group, advertising, teaching materials etc. A large amount each year is sent to ex-staff who are now working for the Kingom as ministers or missionaries. Please use this Standing Order form, which you should print, complete and give to your local Branch to process.
